This includes interviewer training, assessment operations and interview scheduling and candidate experience.Manager, Recruiting Services & Operations Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day leadership of the Recruiting Services & Ops Team supporting interviewing for aligned hiring pipelinesEvolve and implement interviewing strategies at scale across Meta hiring as we plan our future roadmapChampion efficiencies through tooling and process to evolve our teams to provide next level service and unlock productivity opportunitiesAdvise RSO Leadership and Cross-functional (XFN) Partners on potential obstacles to success and recommend solutions to ensure success in our interviewing operationsBring forward specific business unit nuances and needs to the RSO and Recruiting teams to inform and scale global Meta hiringBuild effective partnerships with Recruiting Leadership to support current and future business requirementsProvide data, insights and metrics reporting on key mid-funnel interviewing activity to inform the recruiting strategy, ensure a quality approach to data integrity and candidate data privacyManage resource alignment and workload across the teams to ensure workload equityStrategic staffing leader for Recruiting. Anticipate team needs and growth to hire, flex and stretch to meet changing business demandsFocus on development of the RSO team to ensure successful succession planning and employee engagement at the leadership level.Minimum Qualifications:
