Data Governance & Standardization:Establish and manage a data taxonomy for Total Search data and maintain data quality & reporting standards within search.Manage any QA’s and troubleshoot any live problems with data delivery.Familiarity with Adobe Site Analytics to create appends and manage ongoing taxonomy and any automated reporting delivery to outside teamsTotal Search Dashboard Management:Collect requirements on design and key KPIs of a new Total Search Dashboard and work with Data Visualization team to manage their build of a dashboard to those specsMaintain ongoing datasets and weekly reporting that feeds into this dashboard, or other large-scale databases (Snowflake, for media-mix-modeling, for example)Integrate SEO and SEM data, where feasible, to understand holistic search performanceBe comfortable presenting and data or key trends to Marketing or Media stakeholders.Search Business Intelligence & Analysis:Compare weekly search trends with historical performance to identify areas for improvement or highlight significant behavioral/marketplace changesLeverage Adobe Site Analytics data to inform key insights across SEM and SEODeep-dive into key research areas at granular levels (i.e. keyword) for analytical insightsAssist in Larger Measurement Conversations:Assist on cross-functional media, ad technology, and analytics team in building of Measurement & Learning plan for key campaigns and assist in executing any necessary campaign testing constructsAssist with yearly items like forecasting efforts, seasonal campaign reporting, etcThis is a hybrid role that can be performed out of any of our CVS Hub locationsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in paid search is requiredExperience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360 and other Paid Search tools is requiredExperience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics, WebTrends, Localytics, or other site analytics tool is requiredExperience with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Powerpoint) is requiredPreferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in organic search is preferred2+ years of experience in ad operations is a preferred2+ years of experience in digital marketing, business intelligence, or analysis/analytics is a plusExperience with working in or interpreting Tableau or ThoughtSpot dashboards is preferredUnderstanding of the SEM and SEO landscape with a focus on retail is a plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills is a plusStrong oral and written communication skills, confident public speaking is a plusDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quicklyHigh levels of self-motivation and attention to detailAbility to multi-task across numerous projects with many moving pieceEducation4-year undergraduate degree in marketing, analytics, communications, or computer science; Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience ( 4 years)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
