Qualifications

Who You AreYou are a procurement professional with experience in Professional Services and Human Resources categories. You enjoy collaborating with diverse subject-matter experts to develop process improvements and create category strategies.•    Minimum of 5+ years of procurement experience including strategic sourcing, negotiations and category management•    Experienced negotiator with working knowledge of terms and conditions, redlining, and working with Legal team to mitigate risk and ensure best value terms for the company•     Strong analytical skills which provide insights and formulate recommendations using data driven solutions.•    Ability to effectively collaborate, build relationships and influence peers and key stakeholders•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to the given audience. Can present information in a clear and concise manner•    Project management skills with ability to plan tasks, assign resources, manage progress, remove barriers, manage change and resolve conflictEducation

•     Undergraduate degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
