Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.The Field Supplier Quality Engineer (FSQE) is the primary quality interface between Raytheon and the external supply base. The FSQE provides both communication of requirements and performance feedback to the supplier as well as being a conduit for Quality information back to internal functions within Raytheon. The FSQE’s role includes execution of Supplier Assessments, Supplier Engagements, Special Process Management, Contract Review/Requirement Flow downs, and First Article Validation. They facilitate problem resolution with a strong RCCA background, meeting facilitation and continuous improvement activities using Raytheon SQ tools and APQP elements. In addition, the SQE is a key player in the management of Supplier’s performance and development. The SQE represents Raytheon professionally and supports RTX Vision, Values, Strategy and Goals in the supply base.
