In this opportunity, you will be the key business partner for the assignedAbout the Role:Review and analysis of monthly marketing operational expenses.Accurate forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Tracking the marketing annual spend.Providing a scorecard / spend analysis to Finance and Marketing leadership, facilitating the understanding of marketing readiness, financial data, and trends, including ROIAssist in providing and interpreting financial data to support business cases and incremental budget requestsProjecting variances in spend and potential favourability, calling out opportunities to reallocate investmentWorking with the Marketing Performance team to provide suggestions on efficient use of investmentOptimization and management of team budget trackers / tracking methodsSupporting the onboarding, management and transition to the planning and budgeting platform (Anaplan)Communicating and providing training on process establishments and ongoing iterations.Acting as the conduit between Marketing and Finance.Attending to ADHOC requests from both finance and non-finance teams such as vendor management, purchase order creations, onboarding new vendor on platformIdentifying and automating processes wherever needed
