The overall role is to ensure supply of materials to meet production plans & sales plans taking into consideration contracts, batch sizes, inventory policies and storage capacity. Qualifications & RequirementsAbility to communicate fluently in English.Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.2+ years of experience of procurement, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, data analytics, and/or data management experience.Exceptional business communication skills, including negotiations.Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes and standards (e.g., best practices, policies) for one or more supplier industries. Ability to provide guidance to suppliers for cost improvements and to incorporate new technologies.Ability to read and interpret contractual documentation. Knowledge of contract terms, applications and legal requirements, including the ability to manage performance to contracts and agreements. Ability to explain requirements contained in agreements.Knowledge of products, commodities or services (e.g., ingredients, packaging, logistics services, Coca-Cola products and services) and their related industries. Knowledge of all primary and supporting industries that impact the supply chain.
