This includes the application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and conducting thorough tolerance analysis to ensure design specifications are met.Performing a clearance study for PCB components with housing part.Creating Assembly drawings for manufacturing plant.Performing detailed analyses of the fields of view (FOV) for cameras and radars, ensuring optimal coverage and functionality within the intended design parameters and vehicle integration. Engaging in regular communication and collaboration with OEMs and various internal teams, including Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electronic Computer-Aided Design (ECAD), and Manufacturing (MFG) departments. This collaboration ensures that design intentions align with production capabilities and customer requirements, leading to successful product development and implementation.
