The ideal candidate would have a minimum of6years of experience in HVAC design and be a professional engineer.  This position requires thorough knowledge of HVAC design processes, from planning jobs, supervising heating/cooling load and ventilation calculations, selecting equipment, and coordinating complete sets of construction documents, including specifications, and providing typical construction administration services throughout the construction process. This position also requires supervision of building plumbing design efforts, although thorough understanding of plumbing design is not required. A senior mechanical engineer will typically supervise project teams that include junior engineers and designers.

Must have passed the NCEES exam and be licensed as a Professional Engineer
