  • The position manages all aspects of the marketing strategy for theMDSplatform and in close alignment with the regional platform marketing leader, is responsible for developing and communicating the marketing and business plans for theMDSplatform.2. Market Analysis:- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.- Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and product development.- Drives the business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability and related business goals and objectives for the platform.- Market research - market size/growth, competitive share and positioning, significant customer needs and major trends (macroeconomic, industry, regulatory, competitive, policy, etc)3. Product Lifecycle Management:- Oversee the product lifecycle from development to launch and beyond.- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure products meet market needs.- In charge for demand, forecast accuracy and colaborate with commercial excellent, supply chain, sales team to build appropriate inventory4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Collaborates with Global, Regional and Country marketing counterparts to develop and execute a regional strategy to ensure achievement of platform goals and expectations.- Work closely with sales, customer service, and medical affairs teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.- Engage in clinical partnerships and commercial collaborations to drive innovation.5. Campaign Management:- Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.6. Customer Engagement:- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.- Gather and incorporate customer feedback into marketing strategies.7.
