Education &Experience:Method Development Supervisors are the most successful at Labcorp with the following:Bachelors Degree or higher, in a science field.At least 5+ years of relevant work experience with at least 3+ years of experience performing Bioanalytical method development on ELISA or PhD plus 3+ years of relevant work experience.Familiar with the use of standard laboratory equipment and analytical instrumentation.Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for specific area.Knowledge of automation technologies.Effective communication (verbal and written), presentation and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of troubleshooting relevant technologies.Attending technical conferences and exhibits as required.Understanding of the drug development process, regulatory requirements and the scientific techniques of Bioanalytical studies required.Pay Rangestarts at $78k and goes up based on experience and education.Benefits:Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
