CompensationThe anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $101,300.00 to $168,900.00. This position is eligible for participation in our short-term incentive program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.The range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above.Position DetailsAs the Human Resources Manager supporting the Customer Solutions function, you will focus on collaborating and consulting with partners to build and execute people strategies that promote a positive culture.You WillTranslate business needs into human resource plans and programsIdentify and assess human resource needs in designated departments. Collaborate with human resource “centers of excellence” (i.e. Total Rewards, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Organization Effectiveness). Provide expertise in areas of human capital such as employee development, performance, talent acquisition, inclusion and diversity and total rewardsPartner with leaders to develop organization structure and job design based on work processes when necessary.Provide expertise in areas of human capital such as employee development, performance, talent acquisition,Provide guidance to leaders on performance management tools within specific departments in partnership with team member relations advisorsEnsure appropriate learning and growth opportunities are identified and acted on for individuals and teams.Coach the business through the appropriate change management steps to ensure successful execution of important projectsCoach leaders to improve engagement and create a great experience for Grainger team membersDrive process and clarity for all key HR processes; communicate in the business to achieve the desired process outcomesParticipate in interviews for key rolesYou HaveBachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience Required5+ years progressive Human Resource management RequiredInfluencing and facilitating skills, which surface differing viewpoints and result in the best course of actions.
