Collaborate with Blade manufacturing plants to improve overall Quality of Products and Processes.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:Competency Development & Resource Adequacy:Act as safety ambassador and promotes safety culture and friendly environment.Improve skill level of NDT specialists working in the group and share and learn best practices within the Central NDT function across globe.Assure technical, Process and Product knowledge of NDT specialists to take correct decision “First time Right”.Provide action driven feedback to the plants and follow-up on actions towards improving Process and Product Quality.Consistently focus on improving competence level of NDT technicians which will allow high flexibility work force in the plants.Learn and adopt to the new area of expertise such as Crawler, Geometrical verification method and QC inspections.
