.Net API Technical Support Engineer

To provide second level support to internal stakeholders and 3rd party engineers with regard to Thomson Reuters products, and to interact with customers to resolve complex issues. To perform customer site maintenance and repair activities. The role leverages innovative technologies to ensure global consistency of support tasks. Comfortable working from6.30pm to 3.30am IST timings.About the roleProgramming skills in .Net/dotnetExperience with developing or consuming REST APIs and understanding of API conceptsExperience with API tools like postman, swagger, and technologies like JSON, etcExperience with API gateway and related concepts like rate limiting, etc.Understanding of OAuth2 and API security patternsExperience with developer portalsTroubleshooting skillsGood written and verbal communication to communicate with customers.Ability to learn new technologies and processes
