Primary ResponsibilitiesMonitoring, installation, modification, testing and servicing of network equipment.Assisting and training lower-level support employeesResolving networking/customer related concerns and issuesSupporting engineers in troubleshooting network instabilityCommunicating to customers and Leidos leadership of any impact to operational continuityPossessing a comprehensive understanding of network and device relationshipsAbility to effectively balance priorities and customer needs during periods of outages or moments of degradation of servicesBasic QualificationsActive TS/SCI government security clearanceBachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with 8-12 years of professional experience6+ years of experience working with networks and performing Network Administration/TroubleshootingMust be familiar with Windows Systems administration tools and processes such as adding and removing user accounts and configuring / correcting profile issuesKnowledge in coordinating problem resolution and working across IT functional areasProven ability to manage multiple tasks/events simultaneously and deliver on timePreferred QualificationsDHS ExperienceNetworking CertificationMicrosoft CertificationSecurity+CCNAOriginal Posting Date:2024-11-15While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
