High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience.3+ years of direct experience in organizational development, instructional design, training, and/or building curriculum.Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.Proven experience in professionally designing training events.Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles and ability to master the full training cycle.Adequate knowledge of learning management software and Proficiency in MS Office and database software.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in psychology, social science, communications, education, or related field.Experience in Department of Defense environments.Experience in the IT security, networking, or software fields.Experience with DevSecOps and agile program management.Original Posting Date:2024-12-20While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $44,200.00 - $79,900.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
