This role involves being the face and voice of Enova, while handling office perks, and working with our teams to organize events and meet-ups. You will also gain valuable exposure to the many corporate groups. This role reports to the Head of Facilities.Responsibilities:Greet all of our visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitudeOrdering and stocking for coffee stations, break rooms, and supply stationsProcess meal orders for various teams and assist in maintaining a clean kitchen and office environmentWork with our DEI Groups or Communications Teams on Special Events, including Monthly Birthday PartiesAssist with mail distribution, creating shipping labels, and shipping packagesRestock conference rooms and clean whiteboards on a weekly basisMaintain a safe environment like keeping badges up to date with new hires and terminations along with understanding our Emergency proceduresProvide stocking back-up for the main kitchen when our kitchen attendant is out of officeOther duties as assigned

Compensation:
The budgeted hourly rate range for this position is$17.50 to $23.50. Actual rate will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include commission or bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detailhere.
