Strategic Account Management Support Team
The SAM Support team is dedicated to optimizing partner performance and fostering strong relationships with our strategic account management team. We are data-driven, focusing on analyzing competitive gaps and recommending innovative solutions to ensure the success of our partners. We believe in collaboration and continuous improvement to achieve our goals, assisting in driving revenue growth for our partners and our overall business.
The Opportunity:
As an Operations & Admin Support for our Scrum Support Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Strategic Account Managers. You will be responsible for investigating gaps in Agoda’s competitiveness and analyzing data to recommend effective solutions. Additionally, you will initiate and follow up on escalations, working with various internal departments, ensuring timely support for client-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and contribute to the growth and success of our strategic accounts.
