As a Project Manager in Commercial & Investment Bank Applied AI/ML for Operations, you will work closely with other project managers, the program manager as well as functional partners and multiple stakeholders. You will support the business in a range of areas and this responsibility will involve effective coordination with key stakeholders across the firm to communicate and execute against the business strategy. You will need to establish a network across multiple functions supporting the business, including: Finance & Business Management, Technology, Data & Analytics and Controls. You will have a strategic mindset and a true desire to fundamentally shape how AI / ML efforts are delivered across CIB Operations. This role will challenge the candidate to take on a range of strategic projects for our rapidly evolving team.Job responsibilitiesResponsible for portfolio governance of data and AI/ML projects including managing the Book of Work, prioritization, management reporting, dashboards and analyticsIdentify process improvements & partner across teams to implementAnalyze data to identify opportunities and trends, presenting findings and recommendations to drive strategic decisionsDevelop a deep understanding of the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle and all critical aspects of AI/ML development, offering guidance and serving as an advisor to key partnersBuild, develop, and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organizationRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills2-4 years of experience in product, strategy or project management in a complex and dynamic environmentFamiliarity with big data, AI/ML, and public cloud conceptsStrong analytical skills with the ability to connect information, articulate strategy, outcomes, and key messagesDemonstrated ability to deliver executive presentations and messaging to senior and global business heads through excellent written and oral communication skillsSelf-starter with strong time management skills, capable of working autonomously and efficiently managing multiple tasks under pressureCollaborative spirit, inclusive working style, and willingness to share learning with othersPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsIdentify potential roadblocks and escalate issues as neededQuickly learn about all aspects of the firm’s AI/ML strategy and governanceCollaborates with other team members to ensure successful implementation of the firm’s & CIB’s AI/ML strategyAbility to take ownership of individual pieces of the strategy as needed and continuously stays up to date with developments in the AI/ML fieldPrevious project management or strategy experienceABOUT USJ.P.
