Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Team Leader to oversee a team of Order/Contract Management Specialists. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that performance metrics and service level agreements are consistently met.Responsibilities:•Lead and manage a team of Order/Contract Management Specialists to achieve high performance and client satisfaction.Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer order management requests in accordance with specified procedures.Maintain compliance with policies, manage audit compliance, and handle month-end and quarter-end closing activities.Proactively support team members, identify errors, and implement action plans to enhance efficiency and prevent issues.Serve as the point of contact for escalations from internal and external customers and own dispute resolution for accounts in scope.Implement process changes, support project teams, and provide guidance on complex processes.Initiate and lead meetings, analyze business processes for improvement, and lead regional and global projects.Motivate the team, encourage teamwork, and collaborate with the performance monitoring team on resource management and performance measurement.
