The Program Manager will lead the end-to-end development and delivery of a complex portfolio of P2P Transformation Projects . Th is role will be accountable fo r a team that is managing scope, business benefits, timeline, budget, resources, change & communication, risk & issues, governance, and reporting . This position will report directly to the Global P2P Transformation Director . This individual will be responsible for team performance and dr iving a PMO roadmap , with the goal of effective and scalable continuous improvement and transformation initiatives . This includes coaching, effective prioritisation, strategic planning, and hands-on execution alongside their team members. The position will ensure robust proc esses are in place for all business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
