That’s how we drive impact - for ourselves, our company, and the communities we serve.Join us.Roles & Responsibilities:- Responsible for initiating, developing, and executing Brand IP marketing campaigns- Collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders from end to end, including working with internal brand growth team , creator manager, and other cross-functional teams for campaign creation and optimization- Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including order and GMV targets), good at problem solving and able to solve issues with innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaign performance- Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments; leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns' creative ideas and enhance brand awareness and influence- Responsible for campaign monetization to optimize campaign revenueQualificationsMinimum Qualification- Proficiency in end-to-end process of developing IP/brand marketing campaigns- Proven experience in owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution- Fluency in ecommerce, marketing campaigns and livestream languagePreferred Qualification- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce specializing in livestream or short videos- English and local Indonesian language proficiencyTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives....
