What You’ll Do• Lead and manage the relationship with Franchise Leadership Team• Drive insights agenda: Scope, lead, and deliver cross-functional projects across core insights functions, including market research, forecasting support, competitive intelligence, brand analytics, and field analytics• Deliver high quality ad hoc analyses to leadership that offer clear recommendations in support of brand strategy• Proactively provide actionable insights to key stakeholders for both short term resource allocation decision and long-term strategy development• Collaborate with Advanced Analytics and Orchestration team and other Business Intelligence and Operations (BIO) teams to support initiatives to guide brand strategy and execution• Lead Integrated Customer Plan (ICP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for CD&I, and provide commercial team with comprehensive performance, target audience, and market insights to support strategy & resource investment• Cultivate strong relationships and effective ways of working within MS Marketing team and amongst cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, etc....
