In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

Supervision- 60%

Responsible for supervision of all employees assigned to area ofresponsibility.Trains and evaluates new personnel in accordance with established department policies.  Handles employee discipline, grievances, pay rate adjustments and other company policy and working agreements. Calls manpower requirements to the attention of the Operations Manager or Human Resources.  Makes daily check of labor reports to determine inefficiencies and takes immediate corrective action.

Process Controls- 15%

Equipment Management- 15%

Safety- 10%

Job Dimensions

Supervise approximately 25-40 hourly employees.

Working Relationships

Continuous interaction with personnel in the Die Cast, Paint, Welding, Shipping and Receiving, and Assembly department. May participate in department planning meetings and task forces concerning quality and other production related topics.
