What you’ll do:
Create and manage technical relationships with development teams of our strategic partners and clients of the Ads API
Create and manage the on-boarding process for partners and new strategic clients ensuring the best developer experience for their engineering teams as they integrate with our software.
Create sample apps and code for our products to make it easy for new developers to get started on our platform.
Work with content writers and engineering teams to develop robust and comprehensive documentation for our products.
Create and maintain feedback loops between internal and external product/engineering teams.
Own all outward communication of our product and engineering updates to external developers.
Collect feedback and feature requests from partners and help prioritize/roadmap these features with the product and eng teams.
Be the voice of external developers internally. Help design our self serve solutions to fit their developer needs, providing guidance and feedback to improve developer experience.
Track developer experience metrics and keep internal stakeholders updated.
Evangelize our platform products.
Help pitch our platform products at conferences, hackathons, developer meetups etc.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Java/Python
Experience building and integrating with REST APIs
Knowledge of REST API design and best practices
Experience working with Marketing APIs or in the ad technology domain
Experience building Server side web applications
Public speaking experience, talking at conferences, seminars etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of experience working as a software engineer or partner engineer
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills to present Snap’s platform products to partners around the world
Experience building full stack applications that use APIs
Experience with digital Ads platforms a plus
Experience with Java a plus
iOS or Android app development experience, a plus
Willingness to traveloccasionally
