This role will be based in Frankfurt.Job responsibilitiesConducts comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behaviorPerforms market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvementsDevelops and maintains a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific marketsCommunicates regulatory guidelines to Product Managers to ensure our products meet risk and compliance requirements and are delivered on timeAdvises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checksRepresents the business at Central Bank and local Regulatory forumsDevelops the team’s multi-year Industry StrategyActs as a thought leader for the business i.e. publishing white papers and provides continuous thought leadership through contributions to consultation responses etc.Reviews regulatory changes for impact to the businessDevelops and communicate intelligence across the businessBuilds strong relationships with functional partners to develop and present JPM Payments wide responses and viewsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsPrevious experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project ManagementProven understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirementsProven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointIn-depth understanding of the Regulatory landscape (e.g. PSD2/3, CBDCs, Interchange Fee Regulation, AMLD5/6 etc.)Existing relationships with Payments Trade AssociationsExcellent understanding of Acquiring, Issuing, and European Payment RailsHighly motivated individual with significant experience in the Payments IndustryExceptional interpersonal skills with strong ability to influence and build consensusStrategic thinking with ability to work in a systematic mannerArticulate written and verbal communication skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsAbility to work at pace and without direction to identify issues likely to impact the firm and its customersAttention to detail and comprehensiveness of contentExcellent organizational, time management and planning skillsABOUT USJ.P.
