Job responsibilities:Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersEstablish a framework to track key product success metrics, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityAnalyze complex data issues, understand requirements, conduct data analysis, make informed recommendations, and facilitate stakeholder discussions to support strategic and technical deliverablesFacilitate discovery meetings to gain insights into business processes, technology, integrations, and business objectivesManage discovery efforts and conduct market research to identify customer solutions and incorporate them into the product roadmapRationalize data requirements across various stakeholders and applications, identifying and resolving any data gapsOwn, maintain, and develop a product backlog that aligns with the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionInvestigate and define detailed current and target state data flows across front, middle, and back office applicationsWrite Jira stories and epics to support data integration product development, ensuring adherence to agile standardsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaBachelors' degreeAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience leading discussions with Technology teams to define, refine, and test solutioning requirementsBusiness architecture design, API integration and data modeling experienceExperience leading current-state analysis to identify pain points and transformation opportunitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate business and technical concepts to expert and novice audiencesExperience in agile methodologies and a basic understanding of JIRAProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., BIS, MIS, Computer Science)Proven experience in a highly matrixed, complex organizationSkilled in documenting user journeys and creating wireframesProficient in building reporting dashboards with tools like Tableau, Qlikview, and AlteryxExperience with Treasury Services products and building RESTful APIs for system integrationsUnderstanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologiesABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
