You act as a coordinator between the IT organization and HR on topics related to IT people management and development.ResponsibilitiesSupport the alignment of the IT org. design and structure with the IT Operating Model and IT Strategy, and the planning and execution of the future workforce setupGenerate regular and ad-hoc reports on the existing IT organization and workforceMaintain IT organizational chartsMaintain IT Position Descriptions and govern any changes to IT positionsFurther develop and implement the IT people development framework in alignment with the IT Global Org.
