The opportunityJoin our High Voltage Products team in Ludvika, part of Hitachi Energy, where we specialize in innovative and reliable solutions for power transmission and distribution, supporting efficient and sustainable energy systems worldwide.As the Regional IT Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for North Europe, you’ll provide IT solutions and services, collaborating with regional and site business unit leads, application owners, and IT stakeholders. Your responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of IT infrastructure and applications, managing ticketing and escalations, and leading a team of IT professionals, including three IT/OT specialists.You’ll be the key point of contact for IT service performance, gathering business needs for new and improved IT services, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery processes meet organizational objectives.
