These portfolios can be customized to meet individual client needs.The role will be based in Newark, NJ as a Hybrid position.What you can expectNew Accounts and Account Maintenance:Manage New Account onboarding with Archer IMS our Service ProviderDaily review of all new accounts and existing accountsReview and resolve missing account informationRetrieve Tax Lot information on Pending accountsWork with our Internal Client Service Team with communicationsHourly review of account terminations, restrictions and freezesManage our Pending New Account Report ProcessRespond to Archer email inquiries about account statuses throughout the dayMaintain missing data information in ArcherUpdate daily operational metrics and send to the internal groupAd hoc requests for Account reporting inquiriesManage the Daily Pending New Account Report and internal communicationsProactive developing processes as the business evolves
