What you’ll do:Partner with our global offices to curate volunteer programs that serve our communities in EMEA & APAC, provide opportunities for team members to give back and nurture the company’s relationships with nonprofits/NGOs and community stakeholders in those regionsPartner closely with internal business partners to coordinate grant distribution and facilitate grant agreements with our nonprofit/NGO partnersMeasure results and impact to ensure we are always improving the ways in which we serve our local communitiesEducate internal teams and employee resource groups on Snap’s philanthropic best practicesWork alongside your Snap Philanthropy team members to maintain, develop, and scale our philanthropy programs globallyProactively coordinate initiatives within a fast-paced, creative environment, while maintaining great attention to detailLead and execute our fun, engaging philanthropic events in EMEA & APAC (in-person and virtually)Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to execute against defined objectives and communicate the results clearly and effectively to both nonprofit and corporate teamsExperience collaborating and building strong internal and external partnerships throughout all levels of a companyResponsive, dedicated and reliable - you pride yourself on your integrity and unwavering commitment to supporting othersClever problem-solver who can thoughtfully anticipate needs, uses good judgment and is resourcefulAbility to prioritize workload, effectively deliver under pressure and manage deadlines gracefullyStrong work ethic coupled with high enthusiasm and positivity even in challenging moments - you are always endeavoring to accomplish the impossible with an egoless, hands-on approachExperience with event planningStrong familiarity with Google enterprise products (Gmail, calendar, docs) and a passion for implementing technology to increase efficiencyComfortability working across various time zonesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Philanthropic Studies, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience3+ years of experience working in corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, or at a nonprofit organization/NGO3+ years experience and proven success co-designing, program managing and executing volunteer opportunities, ideally in collaboration with hyper local community-based organizationsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with nonprofits/NGOs in the education sectorA passion for Snapchat, creativity and the community!Understanding of and experience with Snap Inc.’s philanthropic programsOur Benefits: Snap Inc. is its own community, so we’ve got your back!
