We are looking for motivated Plant Operators to join our team in our Amherst, NY location. Operators are responsible for the productive & efficient operations of diversified equipment for the manufacture of product in an assigned department within production. The priority is to ensure the service and quality of products on the production floor, which covers a wide range of activities including manufacturing, inspection, and packaging.Areas may include (but not limited to): wet mixing area & dryers, acid treat room, jet mill, continuous ball mill, kilns (nitride and stabilizing kilns), vacuum hot press, furnace room, roll crusher, coatings, and powder processing.Required QualificationsThis position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including 12-hour rotating shifts. Candidates must be available for both days and nights, as well as weekends.
