ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

•    Use good judgment and show initiative in approach to daily activities and deadlines.•    Accuracy and attention to detail a must.•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.•    Solid problem-solving skills which include thinking outside the box.•    Able to work independently but also possess exceptional team-playing skills.•    Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and work efficiently.•    Sense of urgency in situations that are time-sensitive and require special attention.•    Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM databases, internet-based programs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

•    Associates Degree or some college preferred•    Insurance accounting experience is strongly preferred, or•    3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience

The national average salary for this role is $33.33/hr to 35.90/hr in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
