Principal Associate, Marketing - Mainstreet (Hybrid)Capital One, a Fortune Magazine “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is seeking an innovative and data-driven Principal Associate for the Branded Card Customer team to help lead marketing efforts for our largest consumer segment, Maintreet. This associate will be responsible for making connections across customer programs to drive positive growth and keep customers engaged.This role requires a mix of strategic vision setting and marketing channel expertise. This highly visible role creates a powerful opportunity to take your leadership, marketing strategy, and technical skills to the next level.Responsibilities:Lead and set strategic vision/test plan for select customer marketing program(s)Lead development and execution of email, direct mail, Ease (app), push testing initiativesCollaborate with analyst teams to understand business performance / identify new opportunities and adjust strategiesSynthesize research insights and marketing trends to identify new strategic recommendations to improve resultsServe as key liaison for and collaborate with cross-functional teams including partners from: Marketing & Analysis (P&L owners), Creative, Operations/Production, Legal etc.Influence internal decision makers with formal recommendations through excellent communicationWork proactively in an agile environment and identify when to work outside the process in whitespaceAbility to balance big picture strategic thinking with acute attention to details
