DescriptionLeidos is seeking an experiencedPrincipal Endpoint Migration Engineer to join our Defense Enclave Services (DES) team, who will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Department of Defense (DoD) Fourth Estate Agencies (DAFAs). The Principal Endpoint Migration Engineer will support the migration of DoD users to DISA’s new DoDNet Gen2 environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as the focal point for the planning and execution of MECM activities within the DAFA’s MECM environment in support of migration activitiesServe as the technical expert in all meetings and correspondence with Migration Execution Services (MES) task order representatives and DAFAs for MECM-related activitiesPerform application packaging, create task sequences, and deploy applications, packages, and task sequences in support of DAFA migrationsContribute to management of Intune environment, including defining and managing groups and compliance policies in support of endpoint migrationsPromote and adhere to DISA and DoD security policies and best practicesWork with the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Team lead to ensure relevant tasking is captured in Jira and tracked to completion prior to the defined due dateQuickly identify and escalate issues requiring the attention of MES and UEM team leadership so they can be addressed and/or communicated in a coordinated mannerProvide updated status during daily standups and ensuing assigned Jira tickets reflect the correct status and progress is captured within the assigned Jira ticketsCapture lessons learned and areas of improvement that can be incorporated into subsequent waves of DAFA endpoint migrationsDocument and communicate changes to the DAFA MECM environment with the DAFA stakeholders to provide a coherent record that helps isolate unforeseen issues or regressions

Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s degree with at least 10 years of prior relevant experienceActive DoD Secret clearanceExperience managing MECM environments, including packaging applications, creating packages, creating task sequences, and deploying packages to select devices and usersExperience supporting endpoint migrations from MECM to IntuneExcellent written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and a strong problem-solving mindsetDemonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, including management and technical teamsFamiliarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and ConfluenceCurrent IAT Level II (or higher) Certification such as Security + or CISSPPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting endpoint migrations for Department of Defense or other U.S. Government customersRelevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Intune ExpertDISADESExternal Referral EligibleOriginal Posting Date:2025-01-12While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
