ResponsibilitiesAssess security controls to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesCollaborate with control owners to explain compliance requirements and provide guidance on how to meet these requirements effectivelyImplement and maintain automated processes for evidence collection and testing to streamline compliance effortsConduct regular security assessments, audits, and risk analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with relevant security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)Prepare and present detailed reports on compliance status, audit findings, and remediation plans to senior management and stakeholdersStay current with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes, and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risksLead complex projects and initiatives related to security compliance, ensuring timely and successful executionMentor and provide guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth and developmentMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferredMinimum of 8 years of experience in security compliance, information security, or a related field, with a strong technical backgroundIn-depth knowledge of security compliance frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)Experience in assessing security controls and explaining compliance requirements to technically minded control ownersProficiency in implementing automation for evidence collection and testing in cloud and on-premise environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects, including planning, execution, and deliveryExperience with cloud security and compliance (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirableStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
