The Retailer Growth team is looking for an experienced Principal UX Designer to oversee the “Business” sections of the website. In this role reporting to the Head of Digital, you will partner with our consumer, brand, content marketing, product marketing, and product teams to ensure that the website reflects Upside’s’ brand. You have experience in SEO, content management, UX best practices, to increase conversion, organic traffic and overall website visibility.

Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $167,500 - $185,500 + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
