QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of related experience.Hands-on experience with a strong background in manufacturing.Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving processing and equipment issues.Strong project management skills.Excellent communication and Project management experience, with a team-oriented approach.Proficiency in Six Sigma and Lean techniques.Experience with Design of Experiments and Measurement Systems Analyses.Demonstrated success in improving processes and increasing line efficiencies.Ability to educate and address technical processes.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project).DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Advanced degree in Engineering.Experience in Continuous Extrusion manufacturing.Experience in equipment improvement projects.Over 5 years of hands-on experience in plastic extrusion, preferably with LLDPE/LDPE materials.Rain Bird is an Equal Opportunity Employer
