The program manager is responsible for guiding teams through the software development lifecycle to deliver strategic product enhancements and outcomes, on time, with quality. Our program managers use exceptional soft skills to act as the glue that binds together product development efforts spanning multiple technology and operational teams to ensure they are effective, while minimizing waste and risk. The role requires a solid grounding in agile-lean software development practices, excellent communication (written and oral), as well as leadership with a gentle (but persistent) and well-organized touch.
