DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a talentedProduct Functional Test Instrumentation Tech - Level IIIto join our team specializing in Engineering for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fridley, MN.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Ensure System Reliability: By installing, configuring, and calibrating instrumentation systems, you’ll ensure they operate reliably and accurately.Optimize Performance: Your ability to troubleshoot and repair issues as they occur will minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance of systems.Enhance Data Accuracy: Maintaining and calibrating data acquisition systems will ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data collected.Innovate and Improve: Developing new technology and specifying new equipment will drive innovation and improve existing processes.Support Engineering Activities: By installing and troubleshooting PCs and PC networks, you’ll support the broader instrumentation engineering activities.Train and Mentor: Working with and training apprentices and technicians will help build a skilled and knowledgeable team.Maintain Documentation: Creating and maintaining electronic documentation will ensure that all processes and systems are well-documented and easy to reference.Coordinate Efficiently: Coordinating programs, including planning, scheduling, and tracking, will ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on time.
