We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our Cyber Technology Control Management (TCM) product team. This role is pivotal in setting the strategy for business-aligned cyber organizations, including Data Loss Prevention, Global Tech Insider Threat, and Technology Resiliency across the firm. The TCM product is designed to manage and monitor control technology assets and processes within an organization. The Product Manager will deliver solutions that enable the organization to understand and mitigate the risks of the most common and severe external threats, to continuously assess exposure, and evaluate the effectiveness of layered controls. The focus of this role is to lead the development of a consolidated controls and threat intelligence data platform to improve risk analysis, assess control failures, identify gaps, and enhance control maturity.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain multi-year, risk-based product roadmap that clearly represents objectives and key results, deliverables, dependencies & benefits.Assist in leading complex and firm wide scale product developments that work across business partners.Ensure integration with key product domains including Data Loss Prevention, Security Assurance, Cyber Intelligence, Data Analysis, Cloud, Global Regulatory and Compliance, Training and Assessments, Vulnerability Management and SIEM.Assist in developing and maintaining multi-year, risk-based product roadmap that clearly represents key deliverables, dependencies & benefits.Align audit & regulatory commitments to products.Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product’s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementTechnical or product management experience in Cyber Technology to include one or more of the following areas: Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Threat Intelligence, Cybersecurity Assessments, Malware Engineering, Security Research, Security Incident & Event Management (SIEM), and Vulnerability ManagementAbility to develop and analyze product architectureAbility to analyze threat landscape and develop programs to enhance overarching product risk postureAbility to provide program and project leadership across multiple teams to illustrate strategy is reducing risk and meets needs of JPMC customers.
