This role can be based in Oxford, London or UK Remote. There will be travel to Iceland and to global conferences and events.What You’ll DoSet growth and retention targets and create quarterly marketing plansDevelop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used in product development and marketing campaigns throughout the customer journeyDrive the go-to-market plan and post-launch marketing programs with product managers, account manager, and salesEstablish hypotheses and design frequent marketing experiments to improve conversions in any part of the funnelIdentify and segment target customers, their pain points and needs through qualitative and quantitative research, and solutions to meet those needsReview competitor products and marketing, and drive ongoing differentiationWork closely with product managers, engineers, and the entire Bokun team to develop new products and enhance existing products, ensuring that the voice of the customer is always representedEstablishing optimal pricing for the product with product managers and salesWhat You’ll Bring to the TeamA BA/BS degree; MBA a plus.3+ years in product marketing, growth, or analytical rolesExtensive knowledge of email and in-product marketing for both acquisition as well as lifecycle marketingStrong quantitative ability, and excellent written and oral communication skillsComfort in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environmentExperience with platforms is a plus for testing (Optimizely),analytics tools (Google Analytics), and marketing automation platforms (Intercom, Hubspot, Iterable etc)Prior experience in Saas Products is highly beneficialWhat You’lll GainAnnual performance-related bonusGenerous stock award upon joining, with additional awards annuallyFree meals in the officeFull family private healthcare and dentalExcellent contributory pensionCritical illness and full life coverStandard 28 days paid holiday (not including bank holidays), increasing with tenureLifestyle benefit, £1050 to use on what you like, for example: gym membership, home office set up or holidays.If you are proactive, motivated, organised, responsible, and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial environment, then you are the right person for this role.
