Your backgroundBachelor’s or Master’s Computer science, Electrical/Electronic or similar fields of engineering is an added advantage.Fluent English.Quick learning person.Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development, preferably within R&D environments.Strong decision-making capabilities with a results-oriented approach.Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.Experience in collecting and incorporating customer feedback into product development.Skilled in prioritizing tasks.Familiarity with software development processes and tools (preferably: Azure DevOps).Hands-on experience in leading Agile teams and managing product backlogs.Soft skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills requiredNegotiation skills to balance diverse needs requiredGood intercultural sensitivityStrong leadership skillsBeneficial:Certified Product Owner or similar Agile certifications is a benefit.Understanding HVDC technology, power systems, or related energy industry domains is a benefit.Experience with digital solutions and emerging technologies in energy systems is a strong advantage.Apply now
