Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking aProduction Supervisor (3pm - 12am)based out of ourEl Paso, TXlocation.Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the El Paso, TX facility within the United States. No relocation is being offered for this role.The expected annual salary range for this role is$80250.03 - $117700.04a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:The Production Supervisor is responsible for creating a setting an environment in which employees become involved, responsible, and self-motivated. This role will be responsible for; Continuous Improvement activities, Execution of Processes that provide Quality Products, administration of organization policies and support activities for all plant objectives, and follow-up on training plans for team members. You will drive the processes in the department through the Eaton Business Systems, assist the plant leadership team in the development of processes to achieve a zero-incident culture, maximize output, maintain machinery, reduce overall costs, and through these improvements exceed the customer’s expectations. Make sure that the organization’s decision-making is based on a process-oriented culture - to ensure the linkage from strategy to actions.
