YOU HAVE:High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Over one year experience in manufacturing facility required, preferably in plating.Must either have prior forklift training or be able to receive forklift training and maintain certification.Work in a chemical environment that is hot and humid wearing the appropriate PPE.Must be able to learn and understand plating process requirements and possess skills to troubleshoot, react and correct failures in the process due to unplanned situations.Must understand specifications as they relate to product produced.Basic skills (reading, writing)Blue print reading, basic (simple geometric parts, interpret dimensions)Measuring tools, basic (Calipers, Micrometers, Copper Thickness Gauge)Basic Math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
