Manages the scope, schedule, budget, quality, and post-pilot deployment waves of very large (multiyear) programs from pilot to full deployment across the enterprise. Creates long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources. Delegate tasks on the project to team members best positioned to complete them. Responsible for ensuring effective decision making when presented multiple options for how to progress with the project. Oversee dependencies across program tasks. Manages other project managers.
