We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to work at the intersection of core recruitment project & program management, strategy, and operations. The person in this role will help identify and drive recruiting initiatives and process improvements across our recruiting function in order to accelerate recruiting and enhance overall candidate experience. .This person will be part of the Global Recruiting and Mission Control (GR+MC) recruiting organization and work on the Recruiting Enablement team. This role will manage projects or programs integral to improving efficiency as a recruiting organization, including projects related to areas such as communications management, process efficiency, hiring acceleration, market intelligence, business engagement, recruiting products improvements, training, knowledge management, and others. Some of these projects are known now, and it will also be the responsibility of this individual to stay close to recruiting functions to identify opportunities.This will be a short-term in office position intended to last no longer than 12 months to provide support to Meta’s existing Recruiting team.
