Program Manager - Technology Strategy Enablement

OverviewThis is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.As Program Manager, Technology Strategy Enablement, you will be a member of the bank’s Technology Strategy & Governance organization. This position will help support the delivery of the company’s long-term technology strategic vision. This role will oversee a portfolio of projects aligned to similar technologies.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate the company’s long-term Technology vision in line with the portfolio you oversee. Partner with technology leaders and business unit leaders to review and refine project sequencing to enable achievement of the desired outcomes of the TSR aligned to the guiding principles. Offer informed guidance and recommendations on high-impact technology decisions.Work with Enterprise Project Office and Project Stakeholders to gather the project desires and proactively identify potential project constraints, such as regulatory needs, resourcing, funding, competing priorities, timing, etc.Work with TSE Financial and Reporting team to formally calculate the intended benefits and positive outcomes of TSR projects. As well as identifying skills needed to achieve project outcomes.Monitor portfolio risks and escalate as neededQualifications
