Then now is the time to explore the Possibilities of PepsiCo.The Project Engineering Leader will lead Lean Six Sigma and Productivity projects and effectively coordinate these projects with the functional deployment champion and other improvement project teams.Project leadership includes identifying opportunities, defining and financially justifying projects, launching project teams, using good project management to manage team activities, leading teams to execute projects with the problem-solving methodology, tracking project status and results, removing and elevating project barriers, and developing team members.It is also critical to identify integration issues with other projects, processes, and functions and coordinate the improvements with the appropriate project/process owners to accomplish the project goals.ResponsibilitiesLeverage DMAIC and project management approach to lead cross-functional productivity projectsProvide productivity project coaching (Green Belts, Kaizen Leaders, Process Improvement Leads, FI Pillar Leads) to help accelerate productivity initiativesMaintain tracking of Productivity initiatives and provide senior leadership with the results and recommendations on corrective actionLead/facilitate project identification (LSS and Non-LSS) to develop productivity pipeline and projects for overall performance improvementLead productivity project governance processes with teamsEnsure projects are integrated with other business activities, improvement projects, and business strategyAbility to work across other functions and business unitsIdentifies opportunities to stretch across functions and seek best practices to drive productivity across the PBNA Supply ChainCompensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
