Responsibilities• Project review (including survey of store, budget creation, ordering, staffing, planning ,etc.) 45%• Visitation to running projects (including providing positive and constructive feedback to merchandising crews, operations support personnel and general contractors) 25%• Office / computer work 20%• Conference calls, emails, phone calls and meetings with key partners (District Leaders, Store Managers, Sr. Project Managers, GCs, etc.) 10%EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree Masters / Advanced DegreePRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE:5+ yearsREQUIRED SKILLS:• Deep understanding of the business - Subject matter expertise regarding Remodel activities of existing retail stores, merchandise fixtures, layouts & Planograms. Ability to create and manage to expense & capital budgets.• Computer software skills - Working Knowledge of Microsoft software applications; word, excel, and smartsheets.• Build & motivate high performing teams - Ability to manage a diverseworkforce including CVS Health employees, merchandising vendor crews, general contractors, and temporary labor.• Self-motivated & organized- Ability to schedule travel, meetings, workload, orders, etc.• Thinks & acts strategically - Ability to make project & program level decisions related to budgets, processes & procedures without supervision. Able to work independently as a Project Manager.• Partners across boundaries - Ability to impact & influence at all levels (VP level down to temp laborer). Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with multiple departments including Procurement, Logistics, Inventory, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Layout, Planogram, Group File, Legal, and others.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
