Job Description SummaryThe Project Sourcing Leader is responsible for managing the PES projects from ITO to OTR execution. Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Technical, Supply Chain management or Engineering Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)Minimum 5 years of experience of Mechanical/Energy Industry Sourcing/procurementPrefer if have more than 5 years Sourcing Experience.Very strong customer service and results oriented mindset.Demonstrated FastWorks, Six Sigma training or equivalent quality trainingStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsHighly motivated and detailed orientedAcceptable 20% travelDesired CharacteristicsSourcing experience, preferably in the Power industryStrong organizational skills, basic project management awareness and business acumenExcellent interpersonal skillsHigh energy, confidence, and tenacityAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided:No#LI-Remote - This is a remote position
